chairpersons so appointed shall prepare and submit to the President a list of Committee members
to serve on such Committees for the succeeding year. The President may appoint such other
Committees, and delegate to them such powers and duties, as he/she may from time to time deem
expedient. The Committee Chairpersons and members shall at all times be subject to the
direction and control of the Board of Directors.
