HOBSON
VILLAGE TENNIS COURT RULES
- The Hobson Village
Community Association tennis courts are for use by the Hobson
Village Residents only. Non-resident guests are
permitted to play, provided there is at least one Resident playing
with them on each court.
- Play is limited to 1
hour for singles and 1 ½ hours for doubles.
- Court usage is on a
first come basis. Players waiting for the time period to expire must
wait outside the fence
- Courts are to be used
for Tennis Only. No bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, etc. are
permitted on the court.

GENERAL RULES AND
TENNIS ETIQUETTE
- Tennis shoes/ soft sole
shoes must be worn at all times on the court.
- No alcoholic beverages
are permitted on the courts.
- Horseplay and/or
boisterous behavior are not permitted on or in the vicinity of the
tennis courts during play as a courtesy to the players.
- Loose balls can be
retrieved from the adjacent court only when play has stopped on
adjacent court. Assistance from players on the adjacent court is
appropriate.
- No one should enter
courts or pass behind players during play.
- Upon completion of
play, players are requested to leave the court area clean of tennis
balls, cans, lids and other debris.
